Blind Spot Assist
đź“„ Product Description
The Blind Spot Assist system is an advanced driver assistance feature designed to enhance safety and confidence when changing lanes on multi‑lane highways. Building upon the standard Blind Spot Monitor which provides a visual warning, Blind Spot Assist goes a step further by introducing active steering intervention to help prevent potential collisions.
lass”yoast-text-mark” Using radar sensors located in the rear bumper, the system continuously monitors the areas adjacent to the vehicle that are not easily visible to the driver. When the system detects a vehicle in the driver’s blind spot and the driver activates the turn signal to change lanes, an amber warning icon illuminates in the corresponding exterior mirror. If the driver continues with the lane change, Blind Spot Assist applies a corrective steering torque to the steering wheel, gently guiding the vehicle back into its lane to help prevent a collision.
